At GOTRAX, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electric scooter or bike within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official GOTRAX portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Ride
Carefully clean and pack the product in its original box with all chargers, manuals, and tools included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label securely to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
